The LSC Required Bylaws were amended by the 2009 HOD at the USAS Convention. LSCs may amend their Bylaws, subject to the provisions of Article 602. Under the provisions of Article 602.8, any amendments must be submitted to the Rules & Regulations Committee, care of John Morse (john.morse@lodgeworks.com), for approval.
